10 Apsars – Abkhazia

Centered on the smooth field is the relief State Emblem of Abkhazia, with the Abkhaz inscription "Аҧсны Абанк" (The Bank of Abkhazia) below. Above the emblem, a semicircular inscription denotes the denomination "10 ҦСАРК". Along the left rim are the metal's chemical symbol, fineness, and weight; the mint mark is on the right. At the bottom, on a matte field, "Аҧсны Абанк" and the mintage year "2014" appear in raised print.

The coin's center features a portrait of Khukhut Bgazhba, an Abkhaz academic and linguist, with his facsimile signature below. To the portrait's left are the dates "1914" and "2000", and to its right, the Abkhazian inscription "Khukhut Bgazhba".
