5000 Tenge (Independence of Kazakhstan) – Kazakhstan

The Kazakh coat of arms is framed by inscriptions of "ҚАЗАҚСТАН РЕСПУБЛИКАСЫ" and "РЕСПУБЛИКА КАЗАХСТАН" with national ornament. The top features the National Bank's logo, and the bottom shows the denomination "5000 ТЕҢГЕ".

The coin's reverse features a gilded fragment of the "Kazakh Eli" monument against a map of Kazakhstan, with figures in national costume symbolizing unity. Above is a gilded rising sun and the inscription "25 ЖЫЛ". Surrounding inscriptions read "ТӘУЕЛСІЗ ҚАЗАҚСТАНҒА" and "Ag 925 25 oz". The year "2016" is at the bottom.
