Description:
The upper section features Ukraine's small National Emblem. The central image shows the Mitrydat hill with a bracelet from the Kul-Oba kurgan. Stylized depictions of the Black and Azov Seas flank the hill, alongside the inscriptions: "УКРАЇНА 2000", "5 ГРИВЕНЬ", and the Mint logotype of the National Bank of Ukraine.
