10 Apsars – Abkhazia

Silver 925 and gold 999 plated coin. The obverse features the Bank of Abkhazia emblem with "Апсны Абанк" below, "10 APSARS" above, and the mint mark with metal/fineness. The reverse has a matte field with "Апсны Абанк" and the issue year "2013".

The reverse features Mount Khodzhal, the "Hero of Abkhazia" medal, and an energy pylon. Central inscriptions in Abkhaz read “Акалакь-афырхаца Ткуарчал” and the district names Akarmara, Dzhantou, and Kuazan. Below on a decorative line are the town Emblem and foundation year 1942. The medal and Emblem are color-printed and gold-plated, within a dotted circumferential frame.
