Ukraine's small coat of arms is above, with УКРАЇНА to its right. The central design features the parliament building with a left floral ornament, the 2016 issue year below it, and the face value 2 ГРИВНІ beneath. The NBU mint mark is to the right.

Centered is a stylized open book, topped by a guelder rose twig. To the right is "20/РОКІВ" and "КОНСТИТУЦІЯ УКРАЇНИ". To the left are excerpts from Articles 1-3 of the Constitution, defining Ukraine as a sovereign, democratic, social, law-governed, and unitary state where human rights are the highest value.
