10 Hryven – Ukraine

Under the Small National Emblem of Ukraine and the year 2008 is the semicircular inscription "НАЦІОНАЛЬНИЙ БАНК УКРАЇНИ." The center features a Hlukhiv-produced cannon and bell, below which is the face value "10 ГРИВЕНЬ," the metal indication "Ag 925," the fine weight "31.1" (left), and the Mint's logotype (right).

The design shows a stylized town panorama centered on the Kyiv Gate fortress. Above it is the semicircular inscription "ГЕТМАНСЬКА СТОЛИЦЯ" (Hetman’s Capital), below which are the town's coat of arms and four hetmans' portraits labeled: ІВАН СКОРОПАДСЬКИЙ, ПАВЛО ПОЛУБОТОК, ДАНИЛО АПОСТОЛ, and КИРИЛО РОЗУМОВСЬКИЙ. At the bottom, within ornamental patterns, is the word "ГЛУХІВ" (Hlukhiv).
