5 Hryven (Oleksandr Bohomolets) – Ukraine

The obverse features Ukraine's Small Coat of Arms with the inscription "National Bank of Ukraine." A fragment of an electrocardiogram shows a child's and adult's hands reaching toward each other, symbolizing the work of the scientist who founded the world's first anti-premature aging clinic in 1941, later the Gerontology Institute. To the right are the denomination "5 hryvnias" and the year 2011.
