½ Dollar – Fiji

Fiji's coat of arms features a quartered shield showing sugar cane, a coconut palm, a dove with an olive branch, and bananas. A lion holding a cocoa pod tops the shield, which is crowned by an outrigger canoe and supported by two Fijian figures.

The reverse depicts the Hubble Space Telescope, launched in 1990 and still operational, floating in space alongside the NASA logo and the inscription “HUBBLE SPACE TELESCOPE.”
