The Giants’ Staircase, commissioned in 1485, is guarded by Sansovino's statues of Mars and Neptune, symbolizing Venetian power on land and sea. The Lion of St. Mark and a Fijian emblem appear above the entrance.

The Antechamber to the Hall of the Full College, where ambassadors awaited meetings, is adorned with restored artwork and columns. The coin highlights its marble fireplace, featuring Venice with a lion and allegories of Glory and Concord. The central portion frames a window of pink Rhodonite.
